Northbridge Goes Retro, Twice in one day

William St in Northbridge will host to two major retro and vintage events on Sunday 9th September 2012 bringing thousands of retro lovers to Perth’s Entertainment Centre.

Go Go Retro Vintage & Vinyl Roadshow will be staged at the iconic State Theatre Centre between 10.00am & 4.00pm on Sunday 9^th September 2012.

Go Go Retro provides an eclectic showcase of the growing Vintage and Retro lifestyle market showcasing a vast array of vinyl records, vintage fashion, retro furniture, pop culture and collectibles for retro lovers looking for something rare, colourful, creative and affordable.

Products are sourced for all over Australia with many not being seen in Western Australia before. Collectors will be showcasing items gathered from the USA, UK and Europe plus all over Australia, providing visitors with the biggest and most exciting variety of retro and vintage items ever displayed in WA.

As well as the vast array of items for sale organisers provide a full day of free entertainment including a live DJ, Go Go Dancers, Door prizes and Swing dancers.

On the same day the most famously titled Pop Up Shop in Western Australia Sgt Peppers Vintage & Vinyl Collective will also be launched at 192 William St close to Row St and also in the State Theatre Centre precinct.

   

Northbridge was chosen to launch the Sgt Peppers Collective because it is the area that draws people searching for hard to find vintage and retro fashion, furniture and music. Especially on the 9^th September as Go Go Retro will also be staged.

Sgt Peppers is a collective of some of Perth’s most interesting collectors who will display one off items never before seen in Western Australia.

Variety, quality and price are the hallmark of the Sgt Peppers brand. People who visit the store will be able to listen to some of the coolest sounds from the 50’s through to the 80’s and play what they choose on amazing retro record players.

Once selecting their vinyls they can then view beautiful pieces of retro furniture followed by a forage through a variety of vintage fashions and accessories.

Sgt Peppers Vintage & Vinyl Collective is situated at 192 William St, in the State Theatre Centre precinct and will open its doors on Sunday 9t^h September. It will be open 7 days a week with late night trading on Fridays and Saturdays making it Perth’s most exciting one shop retro pop up shop.
